FINANCIAL CONTRIBUTIONS
Monetary donations are greatly appreciated to purchase needed supplies/materials. This can be done online at or dropped off at our office. All checks should be made out to Radical Mission with Warm Souls in the memo.
GROCERY AND GIFT CONTRIBUTIONS
Donations can be dropped off at the Radical Mission office at 150 Richview Road, Tuesday-Thursday, 10a-1p. Follow us on Facebook for our most updated donation request lists.
Warm Souls Christmas Event - Clarksville, TN
Warm Souls Christmas is an annual event dedicated to bringing the community together to embrace the love and faithfulness of Jesus Christ by creating a city of neighbors loving neighbors. Every year, Radical Mission Compassionate Ministries, in conjunction with countless churches, organizations, businesses, and volunteers; donate time, food, and gifts to our community. Clarksville Transit System provides FREE transportation to and from the event.
2024 Warm Souls Registration
The Warm Souls 2024 event will be held on the Austin Peay campus at the Morgan University Center. You can access a map of the campus and parking areas here.
- Event is 10am to 1pm. A banquet style meal will be served ongoing throughout the day rather than at set times.
- CTS will provide free transportation to and from event. The last bus will leave APSU at 1pm.
- Core Team/Room leaders will be wearing Radical Mission name tag lanyards during the event to make it easy for volunteers and guests to get assistance as needed.
- As much as we appreciate the support, ONLY preregistered volunteers will be able to participate in serving at this event. No new volunteers will be taken on the day of the event.
Event Prep Volunteer Opportunities
You can help with tasks that must be done prior to the Warm Souls event.
Load Trucks – Wednesday, 12/18 5:00 pm
Assist with loading items (at Community of Hope Church)
Unload Trucks and Setup at APSU- Friday, 12/20 9 am – 1:30 pm
Assist with unloading trucks and setting up at APSU
Turkey Grill Masters – Friday, 12/20
Looking for volunteers to serve on open shifts (come and go as needed) at a designated grill area location to assist with grilling turkeys for the event
